When I found out I was pregnant in 2024, I knew I wanted to strengthen my mind for both birth and motherhood. I began letting go of fear, shifting unhelpful thoughts, and preparing my heart for the season ahead.
I looked for meditations to help with this, but none felt right. So I made the ones I needed—and now I’m sharing them with you.
In August 2025, I welcomed my sweet son, Luke, into this world. He is healthy, doing well, and the reason behind everything I’ve created here.
My hope is that these meditations help you feel calm, confident, and supported—just like they make me feel.
